WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

  • We generally accept returns within 30 days or your receival date unless the product you have ordered is a HAZMAT item.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

  • Available shipping options for your area can be found during your checkout process. You don't have to finish the checkout before you can see available shipping options for you!

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES, ETC. THAT I HAVE TO PAY?

  • You will NEVER be responsible for any custom duties for your purchase here with IBS RVMarines. The only thing that you are responsible for are your local taxes.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Estimated ship time will be available during your checkout process and estimated time that we require before we can ship the product out is listed on the product page.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible! We will gather information of the defective product and help you out with the best way as soon as possible!

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

  • Please contact us, we can generally make changes to orders before they are shipped out. However, we will NOT be able to change shipping addresses.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

  • We have over 10 stockholding distribution centers all around the US and Canada! Our headquarters' located in the beautiful city of Markham, just under 20 minutes away from Toronto! 

I SEE SOME ITEMS REQUIRE LONGER THAN OTHERS BEFORE THEY CAN BE SHIPPED OUT! WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG?

  • As we have distribution centers all around the US and Canada, we may have to do stock transfers before we can ship out to the final location so our custom duties would be billed on us not our valued customers!
