Lokar Black Floor Mount Emergency Handbrake has black powder coated steel and is designed after the automotive industry standards. The ratchet cut gear plates and lock are heat treated for strength and safety. The special features include 4 point mounting capabilities for floor mount or side mounting for personal applications. It comes complete with clevis for installation with Lokar emergency brake cables. The cables are sold separately. The lever has been designed with durability in mind. The hand break measures 10 inches from end to end.
